The webbing wraps around the power base and pulls the Hitch Brackett tight against the rear of the platform. The webbing on both sides goes into the "notch" next to the fenders and - YES - the retractable stand still works!

Take off one wheel place it under the battery
Slip the Fender on an angle over the Platform Opening (goes over the CSB)Now the HandleBar is fitted over the fender.. It's a tight fit and probaly would not move But a little extra foam will keep it all in good shape...This the way I plan on taken my Seg to SegFest 2006..I know have to pay extrz for the weight (Seg at 83 pounds and the Case at 30 pounds)
